more fruit. the vodka has just a hint of peach and you can barely taste the apple over the cinnamon in the bourbon.
letting the peach continue to soak in the vodka, but I re-bottled the bourbon. Now there’s a coffee/almond/vanilla rum in the jug down on the shelf.
